Madeline Brown is a San Francisco and Madeline Island-based photographer and filmmaker. She has spent extensive time traveling, living & making art through out Mexico, Puerto Rico and Cuba . This is what she has to say about it all:

"Much of my work represents a state of cultural experience. Through out my life, I have harvested inspiration from my travels and from the places where I have lived. From magical encounters to the platonic curiosities about our bewitchingly visceral human experience, my motivations behind making art always stem from a desire to experience through image and story. Whether it be staged or in real life, past or present, I strive to create a magic of knowing through being, if only for just a moment…"
